What Sebienne is — and what it is not

Sebienne arranges access to fashion shows, showroom visits, styling advice, and guided half-day and full-day itineraries in Paris. Sebienne is not a travel agency, tour operator, transport provider, or accommodation provider, and does not sell or arrange “package travel” within the meaning of French or EU law. Flights, trains, hotels, restaurants outside the itinerary, insurance, visas, and airport transfers are booked by you directly with the providers of your choice, under those providers’ own terms. Sebienne may offer suggestions in good faith, but the booking — and the contract — is always between you and that provider.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending the enquiry form does not create a booking; it starts a conversation. A booking exists only once availability has been confirmed and the agreed payment has been received. Prices are quoted personally for each guest, which is why none appear on this website. Payment terms are provided in writing at the time of booking.

Fashion week realities

Fashion shows and showrooms are controlled by the maisons and designers themselves. Schedules can change, venues can move, and invitations can be withdrawn — sometimes at short notice and entirely outside Sebienne’s control. Where this happens, every reasonable effort will be made to offer a comparable alternative, but a specific show, designer, or venue cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation terms depend on the experience and the commitments made on your behalf (show places, showroom appointments, and similar arrangements are often non-refundable once secured). The exact terms that apply to your booking are provided before you pay. If you need to change dates, get in touch as early as possible and the options will be explained honestly.

Your responsibility as a guest

Guests are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, travel insurance, health requirements, and personal belongings, and for arriving on time at meeting points. Medical care, trip disruption, and lost property abroad are matters for your own travel insurance, which is strongly recommended.

Photography and filming

Photographs or short videos may be taken during a Sebienne experience and shared on the Sebienne website, social media, or other online communications. By taking part, guests consent to this use unless they tell Sebienne before or during the experience that they do not wish to appear. Images are selected and published with great care and respect. A guest may also use the contact page to request that a photograph of them be removed from Sebienne-controlled channels.

Liability

Sebienne is liable only for the services it directly provides. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sebienne accepts no liability for: the acts or omissions of third parties (including airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport operators, maisons, and venues); delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control; loss, theft, injury, or damage occurring during your trip; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including lost enjoyment, missed connections, or additional travel costs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under French law.

The content on this website — including dates, descriptions, and photographs — is provided in good faith and may change without notice. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Intellectual-property rights in the site and its content remain with Sebienne; images of shows and maisons remain the property of their respective houses where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. The terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
